All Commissioners’ public hearings and meetings will be offered in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder. The commissioners retain the right to switch all hearings and meetings to in-person only instead of hybrid if technical difficulties arise. To sign up for in-person public comment, please use the link in this agenda for each respective hearing. Community Planning and Permitting Department Docket SD-23-0003: Rodriguez TDR/PUD Sketch Plan; Request for a Sketch Plan review for a Transferred Development Rights (TDR) / Planned Unit Development receiving site consisting of a total of four (4) residential lots on approximately 39.5 acres. The application is submitted by Ifrain and Shannon Rodriguez (applicants/owners). The proposal is in the Rural Residential zoning district at 6184 Niwot Road, located at the southwest corner of Niwot Road and N. 63rd Street, in Section 34, Township 2N, Range 70W.
