The County Commissioners may have meetings with local, state and federal officials involved with response and recovery from the Marshall Fire at various times and in various locations, often with very short notice, in addition to the meetings included on this agenda.

Community Planning & Permitting Department: Boulder County Mobility and Access for All Ages and Abilities Plan

-- Boulder County’s Community Planning & Permitting Department’s Transportation Division, in coordination with community partners, regional stakeholders, and members of the public, are concluding the Mobility & Access for All Ages & Abilities planning process. Mobility & Access for All Ages & Abilities (MAAAA) is the working name of the 2021-2026 Boulder County Coordinated Human Services Transportation Services Plan, which builds upon the Boulder County Transportation Master Plan and will serve as a new guide for Boulder County’s multimodal transportation policy as it pertains to people with special needs for the next 5 years.

The Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 28 at 1pm to consider the MAAAA for adoption. CPP Staff will provide a presentation on the MAAAA Strategies to improve multimodal transportation access for individuals with disabilities, older adults, Spanish-speaking households, veterans, youth, and other populations with unique transportation needs and gaps. At the meeting, participants will have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the MAAAA Strategies and planning process.
