Call to Order

 

The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in Regular Meeting in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at the regular place of hybrid meetings, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder and on Zoom Webinar, on July 10, 2025. 

The meeting was called to order at approximately 9:33 a.m. by Chair Marta Loachamin.

Community Planning and Permitting Department Docket SD-23-0003: Rodriguez TDR/PUD Sketch Plan; Request for a Sketch Plan review for a Transferred Development Rights (TDR) / Planned Unit Development receiving site consisting of a total of four (4) residential lots on approximately 39.5 acres. The application is submitted by Ifrain and Shannon Rodriguez (applicants/owners). The proposal is in the Rural Residential zoning district at 6184 Niwot Road, located at the southwest corner of Niwot Road and N. 63rd Street, in Section 34, Township 2N, Range 70W.
