Boulder County Board of Adjustment meetings are convened in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or participate in-person at the Downtown Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl St., Boulder. Request: Variance request to reduce the north setback from 25 ft. (required) to 15 ft. (proposed) and the west setback from 25 ft. (required) to 12 ft. (proposed) to allow construction of a detached studio on a .16-acre parcel.
Location: 129 County Road 90, accessed via a private drive on the south side of County Road 90 approximately .14 miles west of the intersection of 1st Avenue and SH 7 Business Route after 1st Avenue becomes County Road 90 in Section 26, Township 3N, Range 73W.
