All commissioners’ public hearings and meetings will now be offered in a hybrid format where attendees can join through Zoom or in-person at the Boulder County Courthouse, 3rd Floor, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder. Staff is requesting signature from the Boulder County Commissioners to provide a letter of support to the US Department of Transportation (USDOT) for the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT)’s application to the Multimodal Project Discretionary Grant (MPDG) opportunity for US 287 Corridor Safety Improvements.

Contract exists so that local corrections boards can subcontract with local facilities for the purpose of rendering residential, non-residential, and specialized services.

The County has awarded Wild Bear Nature Center with $100,000 in 2024 Worthy Cause Funds for construction of the expanded childcare facility within the new nature center that will serve as an educational learning hub. Property is located at 88 Indian Peaks Drive in Nederland.

Contract Amendment to increase amount an additional $300,000.  This Contract supports services under the housing stability pillar, and more specifically, providing countywide, Housing Focused Shelter (HFS) services to individuals who have been referred for services through the countywide Coordinated Entry System and Diversion Services, including leveraging street outreach efforts to work with clients toward obtaining housing, in alignment with the system planning decisions determined by the Homeless Solutions of Boulder County (HSBC) governance structure.

Boulder County Housing Authority will use $2,834,083.00 of the Additional IGA Amount for capital costs required in connection with the Willoughby Corner affordable housing development.


Boulder County Housing Authority will use $1,200,000.00 of the Additional IGA Amount for capital costs required to update the Casa de la Esperanza affordable housing community.

Petitions for abatement or refund of taxes were heard by hearing officers April 8 through April 9, 2024. The hearing officers provided recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners. 

Contract amendment with Cypress LTD to provide rebate verification, processing, and check writing services for energy efficiency, electrification, and renewable energy rebates.
