It is not necessary to repeat public comments previously submitted. During public hearings speakers are requested not to repeat statements made by previous speakers other than to express points of agreement or disagreement.


Written comments submitted by midnight Tuesday, March 26, will be reviewed by committee members. The comment form will remain open until the planning process is complete.
