The Board of County Commissioners of Boulder County met in Regular Meeting in full conformity with the law and resolution of said Board at the regular place of hybrid meetings, 1325 Pearl Street, Boulder and on Zoom Webinar, on October 12, 2023. 

The meeting was called to order at approximately 9:31 a.m. by Chair Claire Levy.

Community Planning & Permitting Docket SE-23-0007: Kenney Lot Recognition


Subdivision Exemption request to recognize 795 Newland Court as a legal building lot eligible for permitting. The application is submitted by Sophie & Blake Kenney (applicants/property owners). The subject property is in the Estate Residential (ER) zoning district at 795 Newland Court, accessed via a private drive that intersects Baseline Road .05 miles east of the intersection of Baseline Road and Lakeview Drive, in Section 35, Township 1N, Range 70W.

County Attorney's Office: Amendment to the Lyon's Planning Area Comp Development Plan Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA)


This hearing is to consider an amendment extending the Lyons Planning Area Comprehensive Development Plan IGA through November 15, 2024, to give staff from the County and Lyons additional time to negotiate and adopt a long-term extension of a revised IGA.
