Boulder County Parks & Open Space (BCPOS) recommends lifting the seasonal moratorium on the lethal management of prairie dogs in order to control their populations on open space agricultural lands designated as No Prairie Dog areas.

Commissioners’ Office: 2021 Highlights and 2022 Aspirations -- County Commissioners’ February Town Hall; The Commissioners will recap some highlights from 2021 and discuss programs and policies they plan to work on for 2022 at their Feb. 10 Town Hall. Boulder County residents are invited to join the Board of County Commissioners for a Town Hall meeting Thursday, February 10, 5:30 – 6:30 p.m. on Zoom. For this virtual meeting, attendees will hear from each of the Commissioners on significant events that happened in 2021, as well as what they are focusing on for 2022. Following these presentations, there will be 30 minutes allowed for public comment.  Interested constituents can sign up to comment in advance by emailing [email protected] with “February Town Hall” in the subject line up until 5 p.m. on Tuesday, February 8, 2022.
