Variance request to reduce the side-yard setback for the south property line from 25 feet (required) to 12.5 feet (proposed) for the construction of a retaining wall and entry stairs, that will replace an existing retaining wall and entry stairs that currently encroach 13.4 feet into the side-yard setback on an approximately 5.61-acre parcel.
