The application is submitted by John and Mary Leinweber (applicants) and Mary L Leinweber Trust (owner). The proposal is in the Forestry (F) zoning district at 17665 Peak to peak Highway, approximately 0.5 miles east of Peak to Peak Highway 1.5 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 72 and Hwy 7 in Section 29 Township 3 North Range 72 West.
